2.)  Did not receive access information after sign up?

If you have paid for, but did not create your SurveyPass account, please place "Paid but no access" or   Click Here

NOTE:  Please include your full name, email address and payment method (credit card, PayPal, mail-in order) you used to pay for your membership.
 

 
3.)  Do you have access BUT Can't log in with access you have been given?

If you are having problems logging in and your access is not working please place "Unable to log in with access given" in the subject of your email or Click Here  Please include the username and password you are trying to use.
 

 
4.)  Payment questions?

Please place "Payment questions" in the subject or Click Here

If you already paid but did not receive access, please use option #1 above.
 

 
5.)  Have questions about the affiliate program?

The affiliate program is our commission based referral program.
Please place "Affiliate program" in the subject of your email or CLICK HERE

The affiliate program is NOT the same as the "paid surveys program."
You will NOT take surveys with our affiliate program.
